Payment Information

Administrative check is the only way of payment for visa applications for passports which are to be sent by mail (SEDEX). The administrative check is a check sheet filled out and issued by your bank, or any other bank. In order to do that the bank will request the number of our CNPJ, which is 04.386.483/0001-65. There is no bank account for depositing fees. We do not accept personal checks.

Cash payment is accepted only if the person goes to the Embassy, money should not be sent inside the Sedex envelope.

Checks should be made on behalf of Embassy of India. All fees, including Sedex’s must be included in the same check. Fees for more than one application may be included in one check.
